Secure Online Shopping

We're pleased to offer easy shopping cart selection and secure online ordering, to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible!  As you shop, our shopping cart will automatically prepare your order for you.  You may view or edit your cart at any time while shopping by clicking on our View Cart button located at the top of every page.  We will email you an invoice upon submission of your order.

1. Order Online using Secure Shopping Cart - To place an order, click on the Add to Cart button next to each item. You can then check out or continue shopping and adding product to your cart.

You will create  an account that will store your personal information (i.e. name, email and shipping address), so the next time you shop with us, all you will have to do is log into your account.

2. Mail Order Form – Print out our your order and indicate in shopping cart that you will be paying by money order or personal check and mail with payment to address below.

Payment Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard , Verified PayPal, Money Orders and Personal checks. All orders made via PayPal will be delivered to the verified PayPal address supplied.

For Paypal orders: Go through the online ordering process and choose Paypal from the payment options. You will be emailed a receipt for your purchase but the order will not be started until payment is received. Go to www.paypal.com  and send money to orders@sanctuaryretail.com for total amount as listed on your email receipt including shipping and tax.  

All payments must be in US Dollars.


MONEY ORDERS AND PERSONAL CHECKS

All money orders and personal checks must be received within 7 days of your purchase otherwise your order will be cancelled. Personal checks will be held for 10 days or until cleared.

Order Delivery
Most orders are shipped within 7 business days after receipt of payment unless otherwise noted.  All Custom Orders take 2-3 weeks for production and delivery.

Most Orders are shipped via US Mail or UPS Ground. Special delivery arrangements are available for an additional charge.

Temporarily Out-of-Stock Items
For items that are temporarily out-of-stock, please allow an additional 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.  If an item is not currently in-stock, we will let you know when it will be available for delivery.


Returns and Exchanges

Sanctuary Productions offers a full guarantee of satisfaction on all items.   Any custom made items or personalized items are not returnable.  Because we do not stock these items, and they are custom made for you, we cannot accept returns of any kind on these items.  

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization

Unauthorized returns will be sent back at customers expense. Please use the following instructions for all return requests:

All Authorized Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Order Date-No returns of any kind will be accepted after 30 days of purchase.  

NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM MADE ITEMS UNLESS DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED.  

After approval from our return department, you will be given a return authorization number. This number MUST be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. Any box which does not have this number, will be refused.

Items returned must be in original condition and unused.
Exchanges will be shipped upon receipt of returned item.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable. You are responsible for the safe return of the package. We strongly encourage you to insure the value of the items and choose "Proof of Delivery" or "Signature Required"

Allow 3-4 weeks for credit to be applied as we process returns once a month.
